FRAMED

Framed artwork refers to an art piece that has been professionally enclosed in a timber frame, such as an oak timber shadow box frame. This style of frame adds depth by spacing the artwork slightly away from the edge of the stretched canvas or mounted paper with glass, creating a clean, modern look while protecting the piece. The timber frame not only enhances the natural beauty of the artwork but also adds a refined, gallery-style finish—ready to hang and enjoy.

UNFRAMED

An unframed painting refers to an artwork that has been professionally stretched over a timber stretcher bar, without an external decorative frame. While it doesn’t have a traditional outer frame, the canvas is tightly mounted and ready to hang as is, offering a clean, modern presentation that highlights the edges of the artwork. This style is popular for its minimalist, gallery-style look.

READY TO HANG

A ready to hang artwork is fully prepared for immediate display. For canvas pieces, this means the artwork is professionally stretched over a timber stretcher bar and does not include an outer timber frame, creating a clean and taut surface. It also comes fitted with secure hanging hardware—such as a wire, D-rings, or hooks—so you can hang it straight on the wall, right out of the box. 

UNFRAMED & ROLLED IN TUBE

This means the original painting is not framed and has been carefully rolled inside a tube with protective layers for safe transportation. This is common for oversees shipments to save on freight costs. Once the customer receives the tube, the artwork should then be opened by a professional framer as soon as possible, to avoid any potential damage. Canvas and Paper artworks are fragile and must be treated with professional care.

Airy Fairy is an original artwork by Berlin-based artist Vanni, who draws inspiration from the joyful colours and shapes of nature and everyday life. She creates intuitive abstract paintings with the intention to evoke a feeling of wellbeing and happiness.

It is one of 7 artworks that are part of her 'New Era' series. Each of these paintings is inspired by the anticipation of a new chapter in her life and were created with the desire to express a feeling of freedom, informality and ease.

Dimensions: 85 x 100 cm (measured unframed)

The original artwork is created with acrylic paints on linen and finally protected with a layer of satin varnish. It is signed on the front and back.

This painting is sold framed in natural oak.
