This design is an experimentation of pushing the boundaries of visibility using many layers of titanium white oil paint rubbed into the linen making it almost unseen. The artist builds the layers to a thick impasto creating texture using a palette knife and a clean stark white of purity.
The original artwork is painted with oils on Italian linen and framed in white.
