This piece is inspired by the colours and emotions that only the ocean can evoke in us. Anna loves contrasting a pastel palette with earthy tones to highlight our connection to both the colours of the sky and the earth. Held Lightly has been created using texture so that shadows fall onto the paintwork, creating a movement effect.
Held Lightly has been created using acrylic paint on canvas, framed in a custom made Australian raw oak box frame.
