Georges French Petal Pendant Light - Original

Greenhouse Interiors is super excited to be selling these amazing French petal-shaped pendant lights by Georges.

The lights combine brass, rattan and fabric in a floral and airy suspension. With the simplicity of a drop-shaped petal, the design pays tribute to the retro ceiling fans of louvered bedrooms. This pendant light plays subtly with light, diffusing a soft light in the room and delicate play of shadows on the ceiling. The pendant light features eight adjustable petals - allowing you to compose your own play of lights and turn it into a unique luminaire.

Each light comes with a 100cm brass rod for installation and brass ceiling rose. The rod can be trimmed by a qualified electrician at time of installation to suit your desired length (drop). If you require an additional rod for a larger custom installation - this can be custom ordered for you - however custom orders take approximately 8 weeks.

Each petal shaped light shade is made with rattan and cotton fabric. Rattan is a living material, the petals will naturally form a corolla over time (count on a fall of about 25cm for the S and 40cm for the M). Factoring in the fall of the petals, the Small diameter is approximately 75cm and the Medium size is approximately 110cm. E27 socket, 75 watts maximum.

The lights are made in the castle of Méritein, manufactured in Béarn (south west of France). Each petal is entirely handmade from a rattan rod on which is stretched a cotton butter cloth hand painted with a mixture of natural pigments. All the elements of the Pale suspension are sourced in France.

IMPORTANT:

Light bulbs are not included. Greenhouse Interiors recommends using a G95 (E27) 4W light bulb (warm white, 470 lumens). This gives a beautiful mood light with large antique lumen.
