Greenhouse Interiors is making some big changes to how we operate in 2020.
Non-Art Categories (eg. Homewares, Textiles, Ceramics, Candles)
Commencing in 2020, we will no longer represent non-art brands for wholesale and trade orders. This means brands like - Sage + Clare, Kaz Ceramics, Uashmama (just to name a few) will no longer be available for ordering via Greenhouse Interiors. You can process orders via Greenhouse Interiors up until the end of December, but as of next year - please contact the brands directly to organise your wholesale and trade orders.
Business as usual for Art - with a twist.
Next year ordering art will be faster and much easier! Starting in January 2020 wholesale and trade customers will be prompted for payment at checkout for all future art orders (originals and prints). No more invoicing from Artists, no more chasing payments and double handling. Simply order and pay at checkout for all art orders from January ‘20 onwards.
We have loved representing many brands across many categories for almost a decade… however we are simply re-aligning our business model to focus on our strengths and develop new opportunities in 2020 and beyond. We are not saying good-bye… it is simply a new hello to our wholesale & trade accounts commencing next year.
If you love art and want to continue working with over 30 Artists we represent, then its business as usual (with a twist) for 2020 and beyond!

FAQ
Q - What does this mean for orders placed before 1st January 2020?
Business as usual. Greenhouse Interiors will continue to operate and service orders as normal, placed with non-art brands prior to 1st January 2020.
Q - How do I place an order with a textile or homewares brand in 2020?
Contact the brand directly and liaise with them about setting up a wholesale or trade account.
Q - Will the terms change when dealing direct with non-art brands?
We do not believe so, however we encourage you to contact brands directly to finalise your own trading terms.
Q - Who do I contact for service after 1st January 2020?
As of 1st January 2020, non-art brands will be responsible for their own sales, service, support and billing arrangements with wholesale and trade customers. Greenhouse Interiors will only manage wholesale and trade orders for Artists.
Q - Is Greenhouse Interiors closing down?
Absolutely not. After almost a decade we are simply fine tuning our business model and operations as we move into a new phase of growth and diversification.
Q - Can I work with Artists directly next year?
Greenhouse Interiors agreement to represent Artists remains in place and will continue to do so for 2020 and beyond. So all trade-channel orders must still go through Greenhouse Interiors.
