The inspiration for the 'Where The Wildflowers Grow' series was a walk around the base of Mount Tigrogargan with the surrounding mountains in the distance (Gubbi Gubbi country). It was just prior to the recent rains, and although the earth was dry and brittle, the wildflowers had begun to bloom.
