This painting is a reflection of how being able to effectively listen, speak and communicate is intrinsic to our relationships. Centred is a circle surrounded by U-shapes, representing Earth as one all-encompassing community, surrounded by people who have come together to yarn and connect. The mountains represent communities far and wide, wildflowers and animal tracks for the beauty of the country, colour palette reflective of the landscape. Small and various U-shapes within the mountains represent family who have come before us, rainbows to remind us of hope and transformation, and finally the larger flowers made up of circles and U-shapes representing ccommunity, and how sometimes with a little help, together we grow.
