Sunset Seafoam is a new piece from the 'Seafoam' collection.
There is an incredibly special stretch of beach along the Cooloola coastline on Gubbi Gubbi Country called Rainbow Beach, where the stunning sand colours vary from almost white through to the colours of pink and orange ochre.
The colours from Sunset Seafoam were inspired by this coastline at dusk as the sunset lit up the skyline.
While my children swam, I found myself in the shallows enjoying the kaleidoscope of colours in the seafoam, watching the bubbles form and the shapes pull in the wash. Each wave presenting a new opportunity for different patterns and colours; each set offering new possibilities, in the same way each day presents us with a changed set of circumstances.
