The inspiration for this piece is simply family. Traditionally, family was life and Aboriginal people are very mob (family) orientated. Distance can truely make the heart hurt, particularly given the current restrictions on travel and our inability physically to wrap our arms around our family members, but the love for our family is unlike any other.
