The Wiradjuri language has several words and different terminology for love, however 'Marrumbang' means love and kindness. At a time when every corner of the world could use more of it, this is Lou's to project and create some love and kindness.
Texture has been added to the base coats. The rainbow is a textured gold and the top is textured bronze. These bold brights have been toned down with a pastel palette. Although this is a contemporary Aboriginal piece, the traditional elements provide a solid contrast.
