"La Piscine" is a limited edition print by polish, emerging artist Karolina Mila from a small town in south of Poland.
Living by the mantra, in the so called "La Dolce Vita Lifestyle", Karolina is passionate about colours, allowing her true love to life filter into her artworks.
The painting was inspired by the atmosphere of a classic French film, featuring some of the greatest cinema icons like Alain Delon, Romy Schneider, and Jane Birkin. The mood of the painting echoes the sultry, tension-filled atmosphere of the film La Piscine. It’s steeped in a quiet, almost hypnotic sensuality, set against the backdrop of a sun-drenched villa in the South of France.
