Comprising of a set of two, Gibaa Yubaa is the Wiradjuri meaning for soft rain. The inspiration for this piece was recent rainfall experienced locally on the Sunshine Coast, and the misty landscape it created of the soft rainfall on the earth.
With the understanding that homes are becoming smaller, and not every collector has available wall space for a large painting, this piece was painted as a set to either be hung together or as stand alone pieces (side by side, in a hallway opposite one another, or in separate rooms entirely).
