The Barbosa Throw was designed by Nantes-based artist Thomas Gaudinet for Slowdown Studio.

Slowdown Studio woven blankets are crafted with care from recycled cotton, making them a sustainable and eco-friendly addition to any home. Woven in the USA, the lightweight material is perfect for using as a couch cover, bed cover, picnic rug, or wall art. Transform any space with this versatile and stylish throw.

Now a freelance illustrator, artist Thomas Gaudinet has spent many successful years in the industry homing his distinct and joyous work. Gaudinet's eye for colour is truly the icing on the cake of his wonderful works. His ability to contrast deep blacks against the pastel worlds he creates is utterly magical and makes for illustrative pieces with layers and depth.
