The Barlow Throw was designed by North Carolina-based artist Sydney Zester for Slowdown Studio. 

Slowdown Studio woven blankets are crafted with care from recycled cotton, making them a sustainable and eco-friendly addition to any home. Woven in the USA, the lightweight material is perfect for using as a couch cover, bed cover, picnic rug, or wall art. Transform any space with this versatile and stylish throw.

Sydney Beach Zester is an abstract artist based on the coast of North Carolina. Using heirloom and vintage textiles, she explores concepts of duality: fast and slow, joy and sorrow, gusto and grief, giddy and grim. Sydney is constantly trying to strike a balance,
through playful color and wonky shapes, that tugs those feelings out of the person viewing
her work. Her work has been shown in Los Angeles, CA, Brooklyn, NY, and Washington, D.C.
