UNFRAMED

An unframed painting refers to an artwork that has been professionally stretched over a timber stretcher bar, without an external decorative frame. While it doesn’t have a traditional outer frame, the canvas is tightly mounted and ready to hang as is, offering a clean, modern presentation that highlights the edges of the artwork. This style is popular for its minimalist, gallery-style look.

READY TO HANG

A ready to hang artwork is fully prepared for immediate display. For canvas pieces, this means the artwork is professionally stretched over a timber stretcher bar and does not include an outer timber frame, creating a clean and taut surface. It also comes fitted with secure hanging hardware—such as a wire, D-rings, or hooks—so you can hang it straight on the wall, right out of the box. 

UNFRAMED & ROLLED IN TUBE

This means the original painting is not framed and has been carefully rolled inside a tube with protective layers for safe transportation. This is common for oversees shipments to save on freight costs. Once the customer receives the tube, the artwork should then be opened by a professional framer as soon as possible, to avoid any potential damage. Canvas and Paper artworks are fragile and must be treated with professional care.

"Ocean Meets The Sky" is an original painting by contemporary Aboriginal artist, Lou Martin. 

A detailed, intricate and highly textured painting with many hidden moments. The top portion is deliberately simple and calming to allow the lower section of the painting to be the focal point. Concealed within the intricacies of dot work are sea life; fish, jellies, sea-horses, starfish, corals and shells. So much to seek out without overwhelming the viewer, with layers of texture that only an original painting can give.
