Rebecca Koerting is a Perth-based Australian abstract artist creating original large-scale artworks for contemporary homes and interiors.
Working primarily on raw linen, Rebecca’s paintings are recognised for their expressive layers, intuitive mark-making and thoughtful use of colour. Inspired by colour psychology, Australian landscapes and the beauty found in everyday moments, her work explores the relationship between art, emotion and the spaces we live in.
Before becoming a full-time artist, Rebecca worked as a graphic designer and creative director within the interiors and lifestyle industry. This experience continues to shape her understanding of scale, composition and how artwork contributes to the feeling of a home.
Her work has been exhibited throughout Australia and is held in private collections both nationally and internationally. Rebecca’s paintings have been featured in galleries, designer showrooms, hospitality venues and residential projects, where they are valued not only for their visual impact but for the atmosphere they help create.
Each artwork is created from her Perth studio with the intention of bringing colour, personality and connection into everyday life.
