Greenhouse Interiors was founded in 2010 by Julia Green, a former pharmaceutical industry executive with a passion for great design, and it has fast become one of the leading style collaboratives in the country. Julia works with a select creative team comprising artists, designers, writers, photographers and stylists and, together, they are immersed in a rich and rewarding creative universe devoted to style.
The Greenhouse Interiors team contributes regular editorial features to leading interiors and lifestyle print and online publications in Australia and overseas. It also works with commercial brands, from concept development and art direction to set design and styling, to create beautiful advertising imagery. Greenhouse Interiors can also be commissioned to style private and commercial properties.

Director, Greenhouse Interiors
With a love of interiors and a lifetime of acquiring art, objects and collectibles for her own home, it is fair to say that Julia Green has found her dream job as an interiors stylist and writer. A chance meeting with a photographer from Vogue led Julia to establish Greenhouse Interiors in 2010. Not only has she not stopped working but she also hasn’t looked back. It appears this was her destiny in spite of 16 years in sales, marketing and management in the pharmaceutical industry.
Julia is now a household name in the world of interior styling and has been one of the most published stylists in the country over the last couple of years. Julia styles and writes for many interior lifestyle magazines including Inside Out, Real Living, Home Beautiful, House & Garden, Living Etc, Frankie, Herald Sun ‘Home’ just to name a few. In addition, Julia has also worked on many commercial projects including: catalogue shoots, retail displays, seminars, book publishers and TV commercials.
Julia has appeared many times on ‘The Block’ TV show and more recently she also starred as the ‘resident-interiors’ expert for Rebecca Judd’s webTV mini-series called ‘The Style School’. It is fair to say Julia’s on-screen performance didn’t go unnoticed, being selected to co-host and star in a new TV home renovation program going to air later this year.
Julia has also featured as a guest speaker and panellist at various industry events, such as Life In-Style, Grand Designs (Live), Westfield, Melbourne Central as well as many private retail workshops.
And if that wasn’t enough… Julia is also the founder of a thriving interiors wholesale business representing over twenty boutique artists to hundreds of retailers across the country.
When Julia is not styling, presenting, filming or running a successful business, she spends what precious time she has left with her beloved two boys, husband and Mr. Wolf - her adorable labradoodle.
