Each item is made or painted to order and will be shipped within 2 weeks.

Shipping is via courier. The courier does not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please advise if there is a safe place to leave your item if you will not be home to sign for it. Using a business address is ideal, if possible.

IMPORTANT - Our LARGE CYLINDER PLANTERS (50 x 50 cm AND 50 x 40 cm) are only available for delivery to Metro Melbourne.

All items are packed with extreme care. We do not accept returns for change of mind or items damaged after use. If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the damage and the outer box. We can either replace the damaged item or refund your purchase in full.
