Iām Ann Rayment, a landscape artist from Dolphin Point on the South Coast of NSW. I am drawn to the raw beauty of the Australian environment. My work is a response to place, the colour, texture, and energy of the land. I paint in mixed media, layering paint, ink, and pastel to capture not just how a landscape looks, but how it feels.

My first visit to the Louvre in Paris and seeing all the artists Iād only ever seen in books.Ā

FAVE HOBBY?
Beach swimming. I live where the ocean runs into the lake at Dolphin Point. On high tide I swim on the incoming tide, then walk across the beach and start again. This is a daily activity.
