Framed artwork refers to an art piece that has been professionally enclosed in a timber frame, such as an oak timber shadow box frame. This style of frame adds depth by spacing the artwork slightly away from the edge of the stretched canvas or mounted paper with glass, creating a clean, modern look while protecting the piece. The timber frame not only enhances the natural beauty of the artwork but also adds a refined, gallery-style finish—ready to hang and enjoy.

UNFRAMED

An unframed painting refers to an artwork that has been professionally stretched over a timber stretcher bar, without an external decorative frame. While it doesn’t have a traditional outer frame, the canvas is tightly mounted and ready to hang as is, offering a clean, modern presentation that highlights the edges of the artwork. This style is popular for its minimalist, gallery-style look.

READY TO HANG

A ready to hang artwork is fully prepared for immediate display. For canvas pieces, this means the artwork is professionally stretched over a timber stretcher bar and does not include an outer timber frame, creating a clean and taut surface. It also comes fitted with secure hanging hardware—such as a wire, D-rings, or hooks—so you can hang it straight on the wall, right out of the box. 

UNFRAMED & ROLLED IN TUBE

This means the original painting is not framed and has been carefully rolled inside a tube with protective layers for safe transportation. This is common for oversees shipments to save on freight costs. Once the customer receives the tube, the artwork should then be opened by a professional framer as soon as possible, to avoid any potential damage. Canvas and Paper artworks are fragile and must be treated with professional care.

'Sweet Face I' fine art prints of 'Sweet Face I' are available in the following sizes, A4, A3 and A1 and B1 in Limited Edition Canvas. Custom sizes are available upon request.

Canvas prints - Limited to 20 per size.

Paper prints - Open edition.

Please note that the measurements given correspond to the actual paper size, the printed image is slightly smaller and fits snug within these dimensions. 

Your print will be lovingly and securely flat packed or rolled and packed in a sturdy cardboard tube. All prints are packaged with tender loving care and will arrive by registered post or by our trusted courier.

All prints are sold unframed and un-stretched (canvas).
