In life, as in my practice as a Psychologist, I’m interested in the coexistence and interdependence of dark and light, good and bad, fear and joy, and the beauty that can be found in it all. The existence of these primitive feelings sit side by side in a tussle to reach a harmonious balance. My approach to making art is intuitive and instinctive. I channel my feelings into my art and express them directly into the work. My practice hums when I remove thinking and planning from the process and focus on being wholly in the moment and in touch with myself.
