Hi, I'm Jenni! I'm a painter based in Finland. I got my fine art degree in Scotland, in University of Dundee where I graduated in 2019 with a BFA(hons). I've been creating and studying art all my life, and I love exploring the world and finding inspiration in beautiful places. I work mostly with acrylic or oil paint. With my paintings I aim to represent meaningful places and their atmosphere. I mostly use my own photographs as
references. My work revolves around the idea of belonging, nostalgia, and my own memories. How we feel at home in different places, and what those places mean to us. I especially love painting water, because it reminds me of so many good moments. For me water also represents freedom, and a feeling of lightness - like a carefree summer day on the beach.
